We take great care and pride in the delivery service that we offer. Our commercial fitness equipment is the best around and we try to ensure that the service that we offer matches this level of quality. This includes our delivery service.
Take a look at the product that you are interested in and you'll see that we give an indication of both availability of the product and the delivery timescales.
For single items, if a product is in stock then we can normally deliver within 3 days of receiving an order, depending upon your location in the UK. If you've asked for an installation, then we'll do this at the point of delivery. The process for delivery follows some simple steps - as soon as payment for the product has cleared, your order is passed to our delivery team. They will contact you within 1 working day to arrange your delivery. You will be given the earliest possible date for delivery, but please feel free to pick a date that is most suited to your needs. The day before the delivery is scheduled to be made, you will receive a reminder that your product will be delivered and also a timeslot for the delivery. We would ask that if you need to change your delivery date once booked to advise the delivery team as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements with you.
For products that are shown as "Out of Stock" or "Call for Availability" then please contact us and we will be able to give you an estimated delivery date.
Large scale installations involving multiple items will be by arrangement.
